WEEK ONE: REAWAKEN

WEEK TWO: REPAIR
The first module will be the beginning process of bringing awareness to your everyday life and stepping into consciousness. It is all about meeting yourself where you're at and regaining control and power over your life.
We all have trauma or experiences that have negatively affected us and more often than not the thoughts that stem from them continue to penetrate our minds and bonds with ourselves. This module will allow you to purge these experiences and help you begin a new chapter with a clean slate.

WEEK THREE: REWIRE

WEEK FOUR: REFOCUS

WEEK FIVE: REBUILD
This module will teach you how to shed the previous narrative you've been fed and allow you to step into your truth and create your own rules and standards to live by.
You can't avoid being tested, but you can be prepared! This module will give you the skill set to overcome hurdles and continue building your confidence without being persuaded to return to your previous way of living.
You've now adopted a new mindset, created concrete goals for yourself, and established a new narrative to live by. It's now time to rebuild with confidence at the forefront and create the life you've always wanted.
The Need to Know...
There are 5 sessions and 5 modules over the course of a 5 week period.

There will be one session a week lasting 2 hours

There will be 7 calls total including an Orientation and Reunion call.

Each workshop will be intimate with only 9 participants per cycle
